Terms of Use

By downloading or using Image Translate (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Image Translate for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple-branded devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the App Store Terms of Service.

2. Subscriptions & Purchases

• Image Translate offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions (weekly, monthly, or yearly) that unlock unlimited translations and priority translations.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings.
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods except where required by applicable law.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Image Translate to:

• Translate, reproduce, or distribute content you do not have the right to use.
• Submit images containing illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App or its backend services.
• Use the App for any commercial translation service without our written permission.

4. Accuracy of Translations

Translations are generated by AI and are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any translation. Do not rely solely on Image Translate for critical, legal, medical, or safety-related translations.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App — including its design, graphics, code, and branding — belong to Zain UL Abideen. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without prior written consent.

You retain all rights to the images you submit. By submitting an image, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process it solely for the purpose of performing the translation you requested.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zain UL Abideen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.
