Terms of Use

By downloading or using Widget Vault (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Widget Vault for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

2. Free & Premium Features

Widget Vault offers a selection of free widgets available to all users:

• Analog Clock (6 design variants)
• Digital Clock (5 design variants)
• Pomodoro Timer (5 design variants, interactive)

The following widgets require an active Widget Vault Premium subscription: To-Do List, Calendar, Weather Current, Sunrise & Sunset, Battery Status, Disk Space, and Clipboard History.

3. Subscriptions & Purchases

• Widget Vault offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions (monthly or yearly) that unlock all premium widgets and features.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• iOS & iPadOS: Manage or cancel your subscription in Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions.
• macOS: Manage or cancel your subscription in System Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions.
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods except where required by applicable law.
• Prices are listed in your local currency and may vary by region. Apple determines and applies regional pricing.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Widget Vault to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or tamper with any part of the App.
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the App.
• Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the App or its associated systems.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in Widget Vault — including its design, graphics, code, widget artwork, and branding — are owned by Zain UL Abideen. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense any part of the App without prior written consent.

6. Privacy

Your use of Widget Vault is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Widget Vault does not collect or transmit personal data to any server.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from bugs or other defects.

Weather data and astronomical calculations are provided for informational purposes only and may not always be accurate. Do not rely on Widget Vault for safety-critical decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zain UL Abideen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.
